China and Russian Federation educational cooperation: economic factors and optimization

Educational cooperation is the basis of qualified personnel training and one of the essential ways to close interaction between specific countries. Russian and Chinese governments pay great attention to the developing of direct cooperation between educational institutions of the two countries and encourage its expansion. Against the background of fierce competition Russian universitie s should use their advantage, maintain their status in the educational market in China and keep developing interaction between Russian and Chinese educational institutions.
